The choice is crystal clear

Have you seen Alex’s speech from the Democratic Convention? I wish all of you had been there with us to see her speak—the excitement and enthusiasm was overwhelming.

Before Alex took the podium, delegates were buzzing about the impressive fundraising quarter we just finished. By the time she finished speaking, they were ready to start knocking on doors and calling their neighbors to make sure Alex is Florida's next governor.

As the St. Pete Times wrote, "Alex Sink cast the gubernatorial race as a choice between a fresh start and a career politician." Or as Alex put it this weekend: When the status quo isn’t good enough, you have to shake things up—something that career politicians like Bill McCollum refuse to do.

The Associated Press covered Alex's speech this way: "Alex Sink said Saturday that she has the background to help make Florida's economy strong while Bill McCollum...is a career politician who is all talk."

Alex pledged to use her skills as a successful business leader to address our state’s challenges head-on. She emphasized her commitment to improving our schools, revitalizing our economy, and making Florida the land of opportunity you and I know our state must be.
